Who we are

3walls Ltd, 9 HaHashmonaim St, Gan Yavne 7086809, Israel. Email: info@3walls.org · Phone: +972-54-496-4276

This document explains what personal information reaches us through this site, what we do with it, where it goes, how long we keep it, and how to ask to see it, correct it or have it deleted.

What we collect

We ask for personal information when you contact us. The contact form has four fields:

  • Name — optional
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Message — optional free text

An email address or a phone number is required, so that we can reply. You do not have to provide both. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

Along with the enquiry we record the language of the page it was sent from, Hebrew, English or Spanish, so that we can reply in the same language. The spreadsheet row also records when your enquiry arrived and whether email delivery succeeded. The form measures the time between opening and submission and includes a hidden field that should remain empty. These two values are used only to filter automated submissions; neither is included in the email or spreadsheet.

Beyond the enquiry itself, a request to our servers — and in particular sending one, which is handled by a service running on Google Cloud — produces ordinary request logs, which include the IP address the request came from. We have set no retention period of our own for them, so they are kept for Google Cloud's default period and deleted at the end of it. The content of the message you wrote is not written to those logs.

We do not use analytics, a tag manager or an advertising pixel to track your browsing between these pages.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use your contact details and message to answer the enquiry you started. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other advertising.

The basis for collecting this information is your voluntary, informed request. We make no other marketing use of it, and we pass it to nobody beyond what is set out below.

Where the information goes

An enquiry is delivered through these services:

  • Resend — an email delivery service, which passes the enquiry to our mailboxes.
  • Google Sheets — a single row in a private spreadsheet, kept as a backup so that an enquiry is not lost if the mail delivery fails.
  • Google Cloud Firestore — when our private enquiry board is enabled, a separate record for handling and following up the enquiry. It includes contact details, the message, the assigned handler, follow-up dates, findings, quotation links/amounts/currencies/sent dates and a history of accepted changes. Staff can also enter enquiries received outside this form. Notification and reminder messages may contain enquiry details and a private record link.

The site itself, and the service that receives an enquiry, are hosted at Google Cloud.

Resend and Google both operate outside Israel, so the information you send us is transferred outside Israel and held on their servers.

The enquiry is mailed to the people handling website enquiries. English and Spanish enquiries also reach the person responsible for those languages. The spreadsheet and enquiry board are private. Access to the board is restricted to three approved staff Google Workspace accounts. The board's database has recovery copies; these are separate from the spreadsheet.

How long we keep it

Our retention period for enquiry details is 24 months from the last communication or recorded follow-up activity. The private board's daily cleanup removes expired records, their activity history and stored notification content at the next run. An active business relationship or legal obligation can require longer retention; these exceptions must be recorded and reviewed by the authorised operator. Mailbox and spreadsheet copies require separate cleanup.

To request earlier deletion, write to info@3walls.org. We handle the request within 30 days, covering mailbox and spreadsheet copies and, when used, board records, activity history and stored notification content. If a business or legal requirement prevents deletion, we explain what must be retained and why.

Deleted board data may remain in restricted recovery copies until they expire: point-in-time recovery covers up to 7 days, and daily backups are retained for 14 days. These copies are not used for ordinary enquiry handling. Before a restored database is returned to use, recorded deletions must be reapplied. A minimal suppression record retains an opaque record identifier and the deletion time/reason, without the enquiry's contact details or message, to prevent a retry or restore from bringing the deleted record back.

Your rights

  • Access — to ask what information about you we hold.
  • Correction — to ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Deletion — to ask us to delete the information, as set out above.

Any such request goes to info@3walls.org. We reply to every request, including when the answer is that we hold nothing about you.

Cookies and local storage

The public information pages do not save language or display preferences in local storage and do not use analytics, a tag manager or advertising pixels. Staff sign-in to the private enquiry board uses Google Identity Services and necessary secure cookies: a sign-in challenge lasts up to 10 minutes, and the board session lasts up to 30 days, or until sign-out or session-key rotation. These are for authentication, not advertising. Separately, an authorised link to a protected interactive experience can set a necessary access cookie that expires with that link.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and a request arriving unencrypted is redirected automatically to the encrypted one — so what you send us is encrypted in transit. The spreadsheet and board are private; only the authorised operator can erase board records or change retention exceptions. Enquiry messages are not written to our application logs.

No measure is complete. If what you have to tell us is particularly sensitive, it is better to phone than to write it out here.
